International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and are for domestic accounts. For information on prices outside of the US please contact our international sales department at [email protected]. Unless otherwise agreed to by Bethesda Scientific in writing, all international exports must be shipped to the Customer’s nominated freight forwarder location in the US. All claims of damage will be the responsibility of the Customer.
International Terms & Conditions
- Minimum Purchase Required - A minimum purchase amount of $500 USD is required for all international orders.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Hazardous, oversized, and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.
- Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, we will inform you via email after we receive the order.
- Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order.
Current USPS International Restrictions/changes: Effective April 10, 2020, the Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where the foreign postal operator has indicated that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States.
